Access:  If you have trouble launching Access 97 under Windows 98, and are seeing the message "Microsoft Access can't start because there is no license for it on this machine."  To fix the problem you need to download a tool that you can download from Microsoft's support.microsoft.com web site via PC World's web site by clicking on this URL:
