Meeting Date: 1/9/02 Time: 7:00 pm Location: Alan Mildwurm’s house Thanks to Ron’s quick, preemptive email, I actually made it to the Board meeting this month, even though the meeting night was changed back to the original “first-Wednesday-after-the-first Thursday”. In fact, many of us made it. Ron sent his email to the entire Board, but mentioned tonight that the note to Charlie bounced. I had replied to the entire Board and had the same experience with Charlie. Ron and I were both concerned that Charlie was once again not paying his ISP bill, but Alan pointed out we were using an old, expired address for Charlie. Of course, this doesn’t prove that he is paying his bills, but we’ll check that out and report back later. New Business: Police Break up Window’s SIG: Ron told us that the last Windows SIG meeting was quite a success. Ted donated a bunch of software which was enthusiastically received: so much so that fighting broke out over who would get what software. The meeting ran on and on until |
