Meeting Date: 8/21/01 Time: 7:00 pm Location: Alan Mildwurm's house Word was out early this month that due to schedule conflicts at the Mildwurm residence the Board meeting would not be on the 8th but the 22nd instead. So, I prepared myself mentally for another adventure in email communication, and I was not disappointed. On the evening of Monday the 20th I noticed an email in my in basket from Alan with the foreboding subject of "Major schedule grief". The 22nd had been chosen due to other schedule conflicts, but was open for Alan because the class he was supposed to teach had been cancelled. Now, on the 20th, he discovered that the class was back on because one of the students could not graduate unless he took this class. (I don't remember college being that accommodating to me, but then this is law school so they were probably afraid the student would sue them.) So what to do at this late notice? Our options were to "meet tomorrow (tues) nite but not Wed or Thur this week" or meet Wednesday at Alan's house without him attending until dessert time (8:30). Ron and I were quick to sign up for Tuesday, hoping Alan checked his email and knew we were coming. Well, it worked, sort of. Peggy, Ted and I showed up, and Ron dialed in for a conference call.
