Elections: In keeping with established precedent, the previous year's Board members were all re-elected by acclamation at the April meeting. Also in keeping with established precedent, no other members expressed interest in running. The dynasty continues… [By the way, even though the election was done by acclamation, there have been some questions raised about how Tom Krauss had more than twice the number of votes than any other candidate. There will be an investigation! Ed.]

Web site: Ron is beginning the process of moving our web site from Verio to Value Net. Or should that be ClearData.net? The day of the Board meeting I received a snail-mail posting from ClearData.net announcing that on February 24 they had purchased Value Net: its "internet business and all assets".
